When sight is removed from your yoga practice, there is no choice but to turn inward and heighten your other senses. We'll be working from the inside out to understand what embodiment of Self truly means. Mindful and powerful movements to begin the practice and then we will shift into a more yin energy as we take long, steady holds and drop further into the meditative state. Please come with an open mind and curious heart as we explore this powerful practice and journey inward together.
